  2               cups  low-fat low-sodium chicken broth
     1/2          each  ear of frozen corn
  3                     new potatoes -- halved
     1/2           cup  diced tomatoes
  1              clove  garlic -- minced
     1/2      teaspoon  seafood seasoning blend
  2             dashes  ground cayenne pepper
                        Fresh ground pepper -- to taste
  1           teaspoon  dried parsley
  4              large  fresh shrimp -- peeled, deveined
     1/3           cup  sliced turkey kielbasa sausage
  1           teaspoon  lemon juice (optional)

Heat the chicken broth over medium heat in a medium saucepan. Add the remaining 
ingredients and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to simmer and allow to cook for 30 minutes, or until the liquid 
is reduced by about 1/3 and the potatoes are cooked through.
