I am currently using
www.rebtel.com
phone-to-phone making calls to UK or vice versa. You have to credit to your
account. They will assign you a local rebtel number. When you call, the
party that you call will also get a local number. From then on, you can use
that number to call your friend. You have a choice either pay your minutes
or get free calls by putting it on hold while asking the other side to use
the assigned rebtel number to call you right back. Rebtel did save me a lot
