Thanks for the response, Peter. I do have this option checked. The
problem is that sometimes jaws reads the autofilled address so i know
which address is listed, and other times it doesn't so i have no idea
which address is listed in the to box. i noticed that when jaws does
not say "to", it doesn't autofill; when jaws does say "to", it
autofills it. it is very strange and very frustrating. do you have
any idea why jaws would behave so inconsistently? Thank you,
