why does it not name the songs since they show up in the window of the ie
when playing them and how come is it so slow to navagate with and when
playing the tracks i hear a bit ofquiet parts when tabing through the
program is this also normal?

Are you saying it records and splits the songs into tracks but it doesn't
name the songs for you with artist and song name? That you are seeing 'not
recognized'. If so then this is normal as it is happening to me too and it
is not perfect. You can rename the songs.
