I can ask Tech support for help but I know that they will ask me to have you
submit a support ticket.
Have you already done that?
Or would you like me to send this to them?
Let me know.
Thanks

Hi Robin -
What program are you using to convert these files?

Thanks,
Leslie

Subject: [blindreplay] muddy sound after conversion

Good Morning All,

I've been converting some .wmv and .m4v files to a high quality .3gp so that
they play on the media layer on my phone.

After conversion, I notice the sound in theese files is "muddy" nad unclear. I
notice this wheter I play the files on the computer or on the phone. the
originals sound fine.

Can anyone suggest a fix for this?

Thanks,
Robin
