Very rare issue but it has happened to me too. Last time it occured for me was when recording the NFB National Convention. I blame all this due to a busy stream feed. Too many trying to listen to the stream. The file I think is arab.wav. If it is still there the .wav file maybe try to convert it to .mp3 but you said it was not listenable so maybe not try this.
