You can use Replay Converter 3.20 to cut your audio file. Keeping things simple
here. The first thing I do is play the audio file I want to cut with Windows
Media Player 11. I then search for the beginning start point where I want the
cut to start at. This I call the starting point. To fast forward your audio
file you can use the seek slider then tabbing 2 times and you will hear the
current time position like 6 minutes 25 seconds. Mart this time down. Go back
to the slider bar and advance forward until you are at the end point and tab 2
times to hear the end point current time for your audio file. Like 9 minutes 25
seconds. What I am doing here is to use this info start and end points in
Replay Converter 3.20 to cut the audio file at385 seconds (6 minutes equals 360
seconds+25 seconds) and my end point is exactly 180 seconds in total length
(6minutes 25 seconds+3 minutes=9 minutes 25 seconds end point(stop point).
Replay Converter only accepts seconds
in its edit boxes to cut the file.

Open Replay Converter 3.20, add the audio file. Navigate to the listbox view to
locate your added audio file in the list. Arrow down to select it. Press your
applications keyboard key, the context menu appears, choose 'extract' in the
list and hit enter keyboard key. You will hear a message box. Enter the seconds
in the edit boxes choose ok button. Replay Converter main interface appears
again. If you are going to convert to the same format mp3 to mp3 then you will
have to choose the 'write to new folder' button which is accessed by down
arrowing on the 'write to same folder' and then tabbing 1 time and press ctrl
key to silence JAWS then pressing your 'end' key then backspacing to delete the
file path 'C:\', type in a different path like D:\Downloads (this is what I use
here). If you are converting to .mp3 to .wma then you do not have to write to a
new folder. Sounds really complex but it is very simple to do and use. Simple
editor for those of us who
don't do much editing it is perfect
