Gary and Petro, Yes, BitDefender has various issues with Applian software. The issues tend to resolve after you run the program, try to access the internet in some fashion (ie register), close the program, and attempt the task again. Of course, this has to be repeated each time the software is updated as well. We have reached out to BitDefender, but they have been unresponsive. Does Bit Defender have its own firewall. If yes, it could be that it blocking parts of Replay Media Catcher 5 functions. I have been told via mailing list and a computer specialist that the Vipre Internet Security program is like 98% accessible with screen readers. It is not free. Only one part of this program is inacessible and I was told you can leave this part alone. Check to see if it supports Windows XP.
