I don't believe that there is an any apparent rhyme or reason for Bill's
selections.
The database doesn't contend to contain all available streaming stations;
just that Bill chooses to add because he prefers adding them, he's aware
of them, someone asked him to add it, you name it.
View it as someone collecting streams and then allowing others to share
what he has collected.
