Hi,
You should go to http://www.w3schools.org and learn CSS Positioning. After
that, you should go and grab some sample style sheets to check out.

Hi,
You can't control the location of something on a web page the same way you
would on screen. Is that what you are asking, how to put something where you
want it to go on a web page? If so, you have very little control over exactly
where, physically, you can put something, but you can lay out the page and put
things in a certain order. Can you please be more specific?

Thanks.
