For a $10 buy in, I would want 10,000 chips as a starting stack.
Blind increase should ideally occur every 20 minutes. There are a ton
of turbo tournaments with 5 minute increases. There's at least one
tournament with a 10 minute increase, and I believe deep stack
tournaments currently are 12 minute increases, though that may vary.
But there are no tournaments with substantially longer blinds. It
seems to me that better poker is played when blinds increase at longer
intervals. Therefore, I vote for a minimum of 20 minute blind
increase.

wanted an app like this one in order to play with sighted people, to be with

week.
My problem is that there are really only rebuy tournaments at Pokeralb.
Players with my characteristics and strategy shouldn't play rebuys.
Therefore I can't play tournaments.
That's why I asked whether really nobody is interested in a normal
freeze-out tournament.
If enough were interested, Pokeralb would surely include at least one.
I prefer to play together with sighted players.
The idea of a private tournament was because I thought more visually
impaired might be interested, specially those who lost some money against
sighted players.
