Hey. If you read your hands from uma poker history and it is
uncomfortable for you, because there are shortcuts, you change
pronuncation for example in your nvda dictionary. You can create special
profile for poker game.

You can change this information and It could be:
** Dealing Flop ** [ king diamont, 5 diamont, 9 heart].
I noticed a lot of blind people don't use dictionary in nvda. I hope
