I use NVDA and Jaws , I can’t hear my cards with either screen reader. Before
update I was running NVDA and it was working just fine.

I have stopped using Synth voice but only screen reader voice. It seems that
NVDA is working quite well, but JAWs is all the time interrupting what blind
poker wants to say,
and JAWs doesn't support cancel speech option, meaning i can't make JAWS to
stop speaking when mouse is clicked.
I recommend using NVDA, if you want to use JAWS i will have tomorrow night to
again start using Synth voice when mouse is clicked only when JAWs is running,
and for NVDA it will just use screen reader as voice output.
