Video: Traffic ignoring the visually impaired
Jonathan Alsbury, 38, of Appleton, who began losing his sight in his teens,
discusses his concerns over oblivious motorists as he demonstrates how he
navigates through downtown Appleton. Alsbury, has seen an increase in motorists
failure to notice him and his white cane resulting in numerous close calls and
almost getting hit by moving vehicles.
