I'm not sure if Sony also sells any Windows Phones or not, but the phone being talked about here is an Android phone. Talk Back is the screen reader found on Android phones and Kit Kat is a version of the Android operating system.

Hi, Just letting all of you know, for your information, Sony has fixed the bugs I was having with my phone. The numbers now do not stick, while in a call, and the tabs at the top of the phone screen application going from left to right, read flawlessly. I’m very excited and have called Sony to thank them for fixing these issues. They told me to let them know of any other issues I am having or anything I would like to see improved. They said for me to call back or e-mail, if I think of any ideas which would be helpful to make my experience better, especially with Talkback. They said they try to incorperate as many ideas as possible and they really do value customer feedback. They only use talkback for testing purposes, so it’s invaluable when someone like me lets them know what the problems are or things that would make my experience better. The bugs were fixed with the update I got recently to Kitkat 4.4.4. I was running 4.4.2, previously. Take care and Merry Christmas, Dawnielle ------------------------------------------------------------------------ <http://www.avast.com/> This email is free from viruses and malware because avast!
