I use windoweyes, not jaws, but the situations should be similar. When it left me yesterday after only having been working for about five minutes I wasn't doing much of anything, no games, no going on the web. I think basically I was on Eudora most of that time. If it ever comes back I'll pay very strict attention of everything I do.

Thanks.

That would tell me that your using or viewing a video or game that makes the change, but don't change it back. I had that problem with a on-line game I was playing. Some of these blind game coders. set that problem in a program without knowing. All that means is you have to check video settings when any jaws problem comes up. A change in background, foreground, or size of window. Makes a big difference in what jaws speaks and won't.

Every once in a while I lose those indicators. So I set JAWS to see all graphics and relabel them. A few months later they go away and I do it again. If your screen resolution changes at all, JAWS can no longer recognize the graphics and you have to do them over.

Hi Gang,

I've been without the graphics reading the status of an email for some time now and couldn't find any way to get it back. This afternoon all of a sudden it started saying "unread, sent, and things like that which it used to do. That lasted for about five minutes and then all of a sudden it disappeared again So I guess that the graphics are still named but I have no idea how to get it back again. I can't think of anything I did that made them pop back in for a short time. Any thoughts, it's really baffling? i have really missed those little indicators. I'm using windows 7 64 bit and windoweyes. Does that sound like a Eudora problem or maybe windoweyes?
Thanks for any ideas.
