Presumably, your Eudora is running in sponsored mode; this is one of
three options. Should be able to clear the nag by closing Eudora and
restarting. Could also be that Eudora is not running
maximised. Usually the message is different: the add is covering
Eudora tasks.

Hi. I hope someone can help me here.
The past day or so I keep getting a message saying that something is covering the ad and that eudora wants to clear it. I cannot remember all of what it says but why would this be happening all of a sudden and how do I fix it?
