Go to the edit menu and change the status of the messages and re lable the graphics in Jaws. The graphics should be "all" in verbosity, first, and then you'll hear one which has a number beside the message(s) you change to a particular condition e.g. read, unread, replied to, re-directed, etc. All these conditions you can toggle in the menu in Eudora.
