Oh, thank heaven I asked. That change was exactly the one to make Block quote go away! I have been seeing this and being frustrated by it for too long to mention. I'm not a great JAWS configuration person, but I will certainly be reading more about the settings now. I don't have the preview pane checked, but I'll try running with the Microsoft Viewer off also. Thank you soooooo much!
