Go to desktop, right click, select personalise. There you should be
able to change the theme to windows classic. If it isn't in your
selection you can select to 'get more themes online'.

I don't think this is a jaws problem. Try changeing the windows theme,, I had this with my laptop and the theme was set to something other than windows classic.
