Thanks, we did try that. Actually I had him set it to require start TLS so it 
initiated an SOS certificate request and he could open up the last SSL button, 
but still didn't work. The strange thing is, we were in that last SSL button 
area before, but now can't get in there. I think he needs to import the 
certificate in order to get it to work. We just can't get back in that dialogue 
LOL.
