Hi everyone! In the next email I am going to be sending a ‘form letter’. This
is a letter that is designed for you to use or edit for inviting people to our
DAMA zoom meeting on July 14. Please note, that you should fill in the space
at the top where it says Dear (Fill in name) and at the bottom make sure you
put your name in after the sincerely. It also says (fill in name) down there.
The zoom link is included as well as a phone number to call in. The pdf of the
flyer is included. Please feel free to edit the letter to add your personal
touch, especially if you know the person you are inviting personally! This is
just a starting point. Let’s spread our net far and wide and see who is
interested in joining us!
