I would say that for any device that you connect to a streaming service or
to Google, Apple or Amazon or others, that they monitor all of your data in
one form or another. As has been said though, don't press the Mic button to
instruct Alexa to perform an action although that in of itself is harmless
as once you send the query, it is no longer listening to you.
