I found some ladle measuring spoons on Amazon. Simply put what you want to
measure in a jar and lower the spoon. When you lift it up you have the perfect
measurement. I also have a set of flat measuring spoons. You simply lay the
tablespoon a saucer and pour until the spoon is full.

Subject: [blindcooks] clean, accurate pouring
One of my biggest struggles as a cook is figuring out how to pour certain
things without either making a mess or getting more than you intended. For
example, if a recipe calls for a tablespoon of olive oil, how do I accurately
get that amount without making a mess?
