Hi, Jon, I just couldn't help but think of you when I saw one of the latest
releases from America's Test Kitch and had to chuckle a bit. One of their
new releases is a book called Air Fryer Perfection and I know you hold them
in such high esteem, as many of us do. Maybe you'll have to look just a tad
bit more kindly on the airfery after all! (smile!)
