I am glad to see other list members have stepped in and shared their
recipes with you. The only coffee cake recipe I have is a crumb cake baked
in a springform pan. The crunchy streusel topping has a fair amount of nuts
and does not contain any citrus flavors. The apple cinnamon version of this
cake is one of my favorite desserts, especially in the Fall. I hope you
find your ideal recipe. Jon

Hello Jon or anyone else who may have a recipe. I am wanting a recipe for
an easy coffee cake baked in a bundt pan. I need one for this weekend. I
would like to use orange as a flavoring. I would like something moist. I
am making it for a group that I belong to and there are mostly elderly
members. There are a few who cannot eat nuts. I would appreciate any
suggestions.
