Hi Deb
It's quite easy actually, at least with Live Journal. go to
http://www.livejournal.com/editinfo.bml
If you aren't logged in you'll be asked to do that. you'll then be able to go back to your personal info page, or just type the above address into your browser again and you can then get access to your information. Your time zone is in a combo box,
so arrow down the page or do a search for the word time zone and you can then adjust that from in there. Then save your changes and you're all good. The site looks confusing at first but once you get the hang of it it's easy.

Ok, I find that site to be challenging. Where do you change the time? I've
had the same problem.
Thanks.

Hello Corey,

You need to set or reset the time on your blog site. All blogs begin with
GMT.

Since I'm in California, if I had not set my blog clock time to local time,
when I post at 10:00pm it would appear as 3:00am on the next day.

So, you need to find that setting and adjust the clock.

In my case, again being in California or pacific time, my clock is set to
"-07:00".

If I were in New York or Eastern time if would read: "-10:00".

I hope this helps.

Hi Listers,
When I post to my livejournal account the posts have a later time then when
I am sending them for example if I send something at 10 o'clock the post
will say 4 o'clock this happens with news gator or just posting from
samagic.
Thanks in advance.
Corey
