Help with Podnova

Hi all,
     I just installed Podnova on my system and have a number of feeds.
     I used the f6 key to catch up on all of the podcasts I didn't have in 
podnova.
Everytime I press f5 to check for new podcasts it tries to download the same 
podcasts
all over again.I am using podnova 2.20.
