another like it, and after reading a comment on the thing realized that it does
have a good use for programmers and website builders, so take a look at the
info below and judge for yourself, or on the first one, go give it a try,

MSEW (Multi Screen Emulator for Windows) allows you to create and configure up
to 10 virtual screens to simplify switching between different tasks. The
switching of virtual screens is performed by using the MSEW panel or by hot
keys. This useful tool allows you to distribute applications to different
virtual screens and to manage switching among them quickly and effortlessly.

For example, you could launch all your working tools, such as text editors,
spreadsheets and engineering tools on one screen; use the second one for
launching games and a third one to launch a slideshow or CD-player with
pleasant music. The possibilities are endless.

(elf) - a comment that describes a use for it that we might appreciate,

"Just downloaded this and find it very useful when testing web sites I'm
building in different screen resolutions. You can set up a different virtual
screen for each resolution and even browser as each screen can have different
applications in it.

I find it cuts down on all that changing the screen properties in windows, nice

a past giveaway that was mentioned that they say is better, and runs 15 dollars
now is described below:
AltDesk is Virtual Desktop Manager for Windows, which makes your daily work
Modern computers' power is enough to let you run numerous applications at the
same time. You can surf the Internet, listen to the music and chat with your
friends at once, but the more tasks you launch, the harder it becomes to manage
them. That's when you might start thinking of getting the second monitor.
AltDesk gives you a better choice. It creates several Virtual Desktops you can
easily switch. Switching from an office application to your favorite Internet
browser can be done in a blink of an eye without maximizing and minimizing
numerous windows manually or switching them with the Taskbar. With AltDesk you
can create as many Virtual Desktops as you want and switch them with ease. You
don't even need to remember, where you've put a certain application's window as
its icon is displayed by AltDesk. You can also easily swap tasks between
Desktops, using Drag and Drop.
