All right. At the top, where you want to put the skip navigation link,
put this:
<a href="#sn">Skip Navigation</a>
It is just liike a regular link. Notice the syntax. This code should be
copied in directly. In the quotes, you will want to put in whatever you
are going to call it, such as SN for skip navigation. Outside of the
quotes and the greater than sign, you will want to put in whatever you
want displayed on the page, such as skip navigation.
And, the number (pound) sign also has to be before you start calling it
in the quotes.
Then, below the skip navigation, where ever you want the skip navigation
to go, you will have to create a name attribute. You do this like this:
<a name="sn">display Text</a>
with this, you will want to use the same name you assigned at the top,
in this case sn.
then, outside of the quotes, you will call it whatever you want, for
instance, if it is a chapter, you will put chapter 2 or whatever.
