Dear All,
Have you ever thought of using a search engine interface that is designed for
blind users to navigate using a screen reader and find search results faster?
Then you'll be interested in our research.
We designed new web search interface and made experiments with different blind
web users cross UK, US and Middle East. We still need more participants for the
last batch of participants and due to lack of time we can offer £25 as Amazon
Gift Card or Costa Coffee Gift Voucher for each hour to our participants.
Our experiment will take one hour. Twenty minutes through Google search engine
and twenty minutes through our new designed interface. There will be a
pre-questionnaire for 10 minutes before the experiment and post-questionnaire
for 10 minutes after the experiment. NVDA screen-reader will be used and the
NVDA remote-access for the participants to access our machine to monitor the
searching process. All will be remotely to access machines on our lab.
Please let us know your convenient date & time to schedule our experiment and
we can have skype meeting, Skype ID: aboubakr.aqle
Your immediate response is highly appreciated and you can invite others.
Many thanks,
Aboubakr Aqle
