That makes sense, but I had to tell you that so you would know which version
I was working with.
Like if you go to about, its still Outlook 2016, as Windows 7 won't support
2019.
Like in other words, saying office365 wouldn't be enough would it ?
I know they are two separate products, you can download a standalone version
that won't get the updates .

I should add one additional comment. If you're using Office 365 you're
technically not using either Office 2016 or even Office 2019. At one point
Microsoft was labeling their Office 365 apps with a 2016 release date but
this has changed. The 365 version is technically different from both Office
2016 as well as 2019. It's a separate branch with updates that even Office
2019 users don't receive.

My name isn't John Holcomb, that is my dad. I'm John Holcomb II, and when MS
helped me fix outlook they (like most companies), ignore the II. Even
though they did ask me how to spell my name for the display name.
Anyway I'd like to make my name right on my outgoing messages.
MS accessibility is great, but what they don't do is teach you where to go
to find things. They just do it. I get it, there job is not to teach.
