[blind-philly-comp] Working on the Blank Line Issue

While I don't understand what's happening between my Outlook.com account 
and how Gmail and Outlook are converting my messages into blank lines, I 
can at least get around it by either disabling posting in HTML or by 
deleting my signature. If I compose messages with HTML disabled, there 
are a few lines of what appear to be garbage/jibberish below the text of 
my signature. At least I have some workarounds.
