Hi all,
Two years ago, two blind programmers sat down and thought about how to
let you connect to remote computers for free, all using the power of
NVDA screen reader. They decided to start a crowdfunding campaign, and
in the matter of weeks, they raised their fundraising goal, worked on
this new idea, and unveiled this project. The name of this project: NVDA
Remote Support.
The developers of this add-on has just released version 2 of this
add-on. Among other changes, this version will let you see what’s
happening on the remote computer via a local braille display, as well as
let you type text in braille and sent over to the remote computer
running NVDA and Remote add-on 2.0. There were also changes made to the
internals of this add-on, changed how add-on dialogs are shown on screen
and others.
You can learn more about NVDA remote Support add-on 2.0 at:

Disclaimer: the add-on is copyright Chris Toth and Tyler Spivey,
2015-2017. I am only a contributor to this project. Please contact Chris
and Tyler if you have support questions concerning this add-on.
Enjoy the new add-on release.
Cheers,
Joseph
