hI,Kurt;
I'm having the same issue with my internet Explorer regarding it not working
properly, howevver, it's not saying it's unable to function correctly. It's
just bouncing me out of the Bard Site every time I try to download a book. This
started happening a few days ago. A friend suggested I try something different
when downloading books and see if the same problem persists. I'll try that next
Wednesday, since I won't be home most of Monday or Tuesday. Were you ever able
to fix your problem? Thanks. Take care.

Subject: [blind-philly-comp] Internet Explorer not working
Hi all,
I have 2 computers that are exactly the same and set up the same. On one of
them, when I enter on IE on the desktop, it tells me that IE has stopped
working and Windows will close it if it finds a problem: or whatever that is
exactly. We have all heard it at one point. The thing is the other computer
opens IE just fine. We can get Edge to work but not IE.
It has been 2 days now and it will still say the same thing. Would anyone
have any idea of what to do?
Running Windows 10, 64 bit, and latest version of JAWS 17.
Thanks in advance for any ideas.
Kurt
After blindness and a double organ transplant, you can say I am as resilient
