I agree, Robin. There's a part of me that would absolutely love to own a Mac as there's so much about it that I find attractive. However, the fact is that, for me, I just don't find it as efficient as navigating in the Windows universe. Some would argue that my long association with Windows has created a built-in bias that would be very hard to go against and there may be some truth in that. I just feel that some aspects of navigating within Windows is just so much easier than with the Mac. Jonathan is absolutely right when he talks about the issues with the one letter quick nav keys being such a pain to use with the Mac. As fun as the Mac is Windows is just so much nicer.
