I absolutely love Disney Plus. It is phenomenal. It does have its share
of accessibility issues and I find this disappointing considering the
promises they made that their various apps would be ready for people
with disabilities. I have alerted them to this fact and I'm sure I
wasn't the first person to contact them. However, as we blind people
often do I have learned enough workarounds to get around those barriers.

We signed up for the $12.99 plan which includes Disney Plus, ESPN Plus, and Hulu. We needed AIRA to help us with some of the sign in and activation both on the web sites of Disney and Hulu and on the Toshiba Fire TV. And currently Audio Description is pretty non-existent on both ESPN and Hulu on the Fire TV. However, Disney is absolutely outstanding. There are over 200 movies, originals, and series choices and the catalog is promising to only get better.
The quality of audio is good as well. I’ve watched everything from the Jungle book 1967 to the new Mandolaurians series with description.

Disney+ Added Over 10 Million Subscribers In Just Over 24 Hours
Today Disney announced that it now has added 10 million new subscribers since it launched. This would make Disney+ one of the fastest-growing streaming services ever. The Disney+ <https://disneyplus.bn5x.net/mBmZa>app is now available on Roku, PS4, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android, iOS Chromecast, and Xbox, along with Samsung and LG smart TVs.

You can see why 10 million people signed up in just over 24 hours. Disney is making a large content library available to subscribers. In September, we shared a post with all of the content <https://www.cordcuttersnews.com/here-is-every-movie-and-tv-show-that-will-be-available-on-disney-at-launch/> those testing Disney+ in The Netherlands were able to access on the app. In addition to classic Disney content, Marvel movies, the Star Wars films, and more, Disney has also created original content for the new platform.
Disney did not announce how many subscribers Disney+ has in total but Disney has been accepting signups for over a month now. With this growth, Disney+ could be soon challenging Hulu for the 3rd largest streaming service in the United States.
