[blind-it] Tomato Firmware for Routers?

Has anyone played with the Tomato router firmware available at:
http://www.polarcloud.com/tomato
I'm thinking about installing it, but from what I understand, the
interface makes heavy use of AJAX, and I don't know if that translates
to inaccessibility?
If anyone has tried this with a screen reader yet, I would be curious as
to your experiences.
