[blind-it] Reseting Unknown Admin Password

Hi Folks,
I have some very basic questions about reseting the admin password on  
Windows XP systems running in a workgroup:

1.  If you don't have a password recovery disk, how do you reset the  
administrative password?
2. Does the password recovery disk have to be unique for each system  
or can one have a "master" password recovery disk?
3. Can the password recovery disk be a CD?
4. Are there any adaptations that would make password recovery easier  
for a blind person?
