I was reminded on the Loud and Clear podcast today, that the thirteenth
amendment outlaws slavery except in the case of those who have been
convicted of, and inprisoned for, a crime. Consider who the majority of
people are who fit in this category. Amd many of them have been fighting the
California fires, some for $2 a day, some for no pay, many in areas where
they are saving the homes of California wealthy residents. I don't know how
many folks in the Washington DC area listen to Sputnik radio, but Brian
Becker, one of the hosts of Loud and Clear, does a fantastic job of
organizing for socialism.
