[blind-democracy] recurrent email issue

Just letting you know that once again, I can send emails, but cannot receive
them. This is the third time I've called my ISP about this. This time, they
had me speak to someone at the next level. However, all she could tell me is
that they're aware of my problem and they're working on it. She told me to
read my emails from the Optimum website, but it's too difficult for me to do
that and I told her so.
