Thanks, Joe. I got much the same feedback from Maria Cantwell, one of
Washington's two Senators. She, too, is absolutely disgusted by the lack of
appreciation for the needs of disabled individuals, much less those who are most
at risk in our nation.
As a former special ed teacher and now a caregiver for disabled adults, I know
what is at stake for our clients. We really need to advocate for our clients
and ourselves, as Mr. Trump continues to show his disregard and total ignorance
for the needs of the people he supposedly represents.
