Miriam, yes it snowing pretty good here but is expected to get worse this
afternoon, maybe 18 to 26 inches of snow. I have no clue how I am going to get
to work tomorrow, egads.

Subject: [blind-democracy] blizzard
Do you guys in Boston also have a blizzard today? First they were forecasting
up to 18 inches of snow here. Now, I think it's down to 6 inches because the
storm veered west. But we still have wind. At 9 a.m., we had freezing rain, but
everything outside looked white. I can't see if it's raining or snowing or
what. It is windy. I'm in my usual phobic state about possible loss of
electricity which developed during Hurricane Sandy. Last night, I asked the God
in whom I don't believe, to please allow me to keep my electricity so I can
stay warm, use the little bit of sight I have, and cook food. So far, so good.
