I think we should be cautious about the use of that word, terrorist. It's
thrown around indiscriminately and used as an epithet. People are destroyed
with that word. A terrorist is a person who makes a political point by using
physical violence against other people.

On point here! I would describe what the Republicans are doing regarding
Planned Parenthood and threatening to shut down the government as terrorism.
Same could be said of employers who threaten to fire employees if they do
not, let's say, agree to work on a weekend.
Heck, one might argue that employers perpetrate bullying terrorist tactics
against unions or threaten to fire folks who talk of starting a union.
After all, terrorism is the threat to perpetrate dastardly acts upon another
if the other does not bow down to the bully's whim.
