Hi all,
Well, I'm torn between two responses here:
1. How sad that kids in school are being treated like common criminals.
2. It figures.
Notice how much the government of the US Empire has in common with that of the
former Soviet Union?
Now that is truly sad. IT's bad enough that we have police forces using the
kind of interrogation that yields high percentages of false confessions. Now it
is being used on our young studenvts. After going through that process, how is
that student likely to react. Is he or she more likely to:
1. get involved in political affairs in an effort to change things for the
better by means of voting and organizing?
2. Sulk away in disgust?
Or 3. Consider joining a radical group that may or may not act out in violent
frustration?
Seems those who run this empire had best take a good look in the mirror lest
they find themselves in the position of soviet leaders at the end of 1989.
