Yes, and I have been so impressed by the fervor of the Sanders supporters.
At least we know that there are people out there who are concerned about the
kinds of values that he's been talking about. It's comforting because on the
other hand, I now know 2 people personally who are Trump supporters. And
that is terrifying.

Wise words here. I was really pulling for Bernie last night. I've been
thinking that if he had any chance of upsetting MS. Clinton, he needed to
win both Iowa and New Hampshire.
But let us do keep the main point of the article in mind. It is movements
that are important more so than individual campaigns. Unfortunately, when a
candidate such as Sanders does not win, all too often the energy of that
candidate's supporters subsides very quickly. The trick would be to somehow
keep that energy going as a force against the corrupt establishment.
