Sri Srinivasan is probably the wisest choice from a political perspective
that Obama could pick. He's already a judge and was approved by the Senate
96 to 0 in 2013. The democrats, both those running for president and for the
Senate could have a field day if the Senate rejected or refused to vote on
his nomination. Think I'll Google him to see if we can learn more about him.
I was taken aback when I saw that Hatch was on that list.
