I've been distracted with this problem since this morning. This problem has
been escalating for a few months and is now out of control. Optimum wasn't
helpful the first 3 times when I called and was actually able to talk to
real people. Now, I'm just conversing with automated voices. Whether human
or synthesized, the voices have been lying when they say they've fixed the
problem. There are 98 messages stuck in my inbox on the website which won't
move to my computer and it's too difficult for me to read and deal with
them
on the website. I do have one message from a recipient of this email, which
I'll get to, eventually.
