It's something that perhaps we can all do. It depends on how it is done, what
mechanisms are put in place. I suspect, though, that what they'll do is just
get the names of members of all the mosques in the country. They're not going
to be satisfied with people voluntarily registering. And they'll go to Muslim
neighborhoods.
