Bob and Chris Hedges wrote about the same subject today. The BBC may be
superior to US media. However, it often acts as a partner and support to it
in terns mf manipulating public opinion on international politics. The US
mass media is barely credible at this point. I notice that The Militant is
as much into Russiagate as the NYT. Horrifying!

for ludicrous election, he presides an unprecedented crackdown on mass and
private media. It is the primal method of conveying tidings to the public.
However, authoritarian regimes may misuse media to their own advantage. Here
in Egypt, and as of Sisi's comical reelection approaches, media is
designated to counterfeitly boost for Sisi as a national rescuer while
simultaneously, relegating even the thought of having potential rivals. This
is the prominent threat of the media being at the hand of governmental
authorities. Media is suppose to be impartial and nonjudgmental. In major
ways, state governments have nobbled the impact of media to tactically
modulate public opinion. Media followers are often driven by a secondary
source of information. Therefore, it is difficult for them to excogitate
independent convictions. When Donald Trump ran for president, he used media
and public rhetoric to sternly steer and mislead lay citizens. Islamophobia
pro exponents here and elsewhere use media to advocate for their toxically
detestable notions. Southern evangelists are in favour of Zionist media.
Americanism is primarily based on press dominance. Common citizens are
prejudiced because of what media tells them. Media has its pros and cons.
If it is based on autonomous tenets, it will be a substantial source for
people to freely opine their opinions. Nevertheless, it is a minacious
situation, as to when the government manipulates what appears and disappears
from the media. The BBC is absolutely my favourite broadcast. Although it's
mainly funded by the British government, I never felt it takes a particular
direction for the sake of its financial provider. They cover world events
unbiasedly and discuss different subjects objectively. In addition, I like
their educational podcasts. The BBC website for English learners is filled
with a wide range of educational programs, all of which are fascinating,
entertaining, useful and totally free to download. However, American
educational programs are not as competent as the ones of the BBC. The BBC
educational programs are plainly produced to promote the eloquence of
properly spoken English. However, American educational programs are somewhat
philistine, they circuitously attempt to manipulate listeners, to gradually
americanise their perspective. This is why, I consider listening to most of
media sources nothing but a waste of time. Egyptian media is perfectly
controled by coup executives and secularists. Throughout his damnably
quadrennial period, Sisi managed to expand the strength of hypocrisy and
completely abolished Azhar role. And to fend for freedom, he jailed a singer
for just telling a Nile joke. Despite his anti free speech policies, he is
backed by the United States because of his alleged war on terror, the one of
which he never won. Americanism is pretty good at developing and maintaining
totalitarianism in our region. As it copes with their interest, it will
never be disposed. This is why, they relentlessly deploy military forces in
Syria. One day, the table shall be reversed. We already began to see signs
of game reversal, as conflict erupts between oval office and other
organisations therein.
